WRS Health is seeking a Human-Centered Design (HCD) Manager to bridge user needs and technical execution in a healthcare context. You will lead qualitative research, map user journeys, and build interactive prototypes, partnering with product, engineering, and clinical teams.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCD, human-factors or related field.
• 3 to 6+ years in HCD, UX design or user research in enterprise or regulated settings.
• Proficiency in prototyping software (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD).
• Qualitative research methods, usability testing frameworks, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Accessibility knowledge (Section 508 and WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Strong empathy, storytelling, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
• Portfolio with end-to-end research, synthesis, prototyping, and measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct contextual inquiries, interviews, field observations, and surveys with clinicians and patients.
• Translate research into personas, journey maps, and system workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops and build wireframes and prototypes.
• Plan, moderate, and analyze usability tests; iterate before and during development.
• Uphold accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508) and safety-critical workflows.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to maintain design integrity from concept to release.
• Mentor designers and researchers and scale the HCD practice.
