Job summary

Resmed in Sydney is seeking a UX/UI designer to shape digital experiences for providers, operations teams and patients. You will translate complex diagnostic data and workflows into clear, scalable interfaces, collaborating with product, engineering, research, content and CX partners.

You’ll design across discovery to delivery, apply accessibility standards, and leverage AI thoughtfully to ideate, prototype and refine solutions that enhance trust and usability while maintaining human oversight.

Qualifications

Degree in UX/UI or related field.
3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
Experience with enterprise SaaS or healthcare UX.
Proficient in Figma and AI-assisted design tools.

Responsibilities

Support UX/UI work from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction specifications, visual design refinements, and design QA.
Design clear, efficient, and scalable UX/UI experiences for provider and operational workflows with complex clinical and diagnostic information.
Apply UX/UI, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture principles to simplify complexity while preserving detail.
Use and contribute to design systems, reusable UI patterns, and consistent UX/UI standards for provider experiences.
Apply accessibility, usability, inclusive design, and UI quality standards across all design outputs.
Use AI tools responsibly to support ideation, prototyping, visual exploration, and synthesis, with human review.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for usability, accessibility, trust, ethics, and accuracy while balancing system confidence and escalation paths.
