Job summary

Living Gems Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support our Parkhurst project, assisting with back-end builds and getting villas squared off for handovers. Carpentry work is required daily with leadership duties on site to ensure quality and timeliness.

Qualified in carpentry with residential construction experience, you will drive safety, communication and teamwork while adhering to site standards and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• A trade in carpentry.
• Residential construction experience.
• Construction Induction white/blue card.
• Current Australian Open Drivers Licence.
• Effective communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site carpentry tasks and back-end of builds.
• Square off villas for handovers and maintain timelines.
• Demonstrate leadership, safety and teamwork on site.
