Living Gems Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Carpentry Leading Hand to support the Parkhurst project and oversee the back-end of villa builds. You will lead by example, ensure timely handovers, and maintain high safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires a trade in carpentry, strong team leadership, and a track record in residential construction within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in carpentry or phrasing equivalent.
• Experience leading a crew on residential builds.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-end carpentry tasks and oversee handovers.
• Squaring off villas and ensuring quality on schedule.
