Job summary

Pacific Plus Constructions is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to head the on-site team for our Tamarama residential project. You will coordinate day-to-day site activities, monitor quality, and ensure safety compliance to deliver the build on time and to specification.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of high-end residential construction, proven leadership, strong communication, and a White Card with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-end residential construction experience.
• Proven leadership on complex residential projects.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current White Card and valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site trade teams to ensure productivity and quality.
• Coordinate scheduling and sequencing across multiple trades.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure WHS compliance.
• Inspect work against specifications and contract requirements.
• Liaise with management on progress, variations, site issues.
• Manage day labour and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain site records, timesheets, and documentation.
• Report progress and flag risks or delays.
