Job summary

The Constructive Collective in NSW is seeking a senior geotechnical engineer to lead a growing team and provide technical guidance. You will manage geotechnical design and sign-off across residential, commercial, and larger urban land development projects, while overseeing delivery, quality, and client relationships.

You will build strong relationships with clients and councils, enjoy genuine autonomy, and help grow the team over time in a leadership role that shapes the department's future.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Confidently lead residential and commercial geotechnical projects with sign-off authority.
• Capable of making client-facing decisions and taking ownership.
• Mentor or lead junior engineers to grow the team.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in geotechnical, civil or geological engineering.
