Synergy is seeking a Lead Future Energy Engineer to oversee 100MW+ Distributed Energy Resources in Perth. You’ll orchestrate DER integration, optimize performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of engineers within the Synergy Technology Business Division.

You will act as an SME for network connections, DER technologies, and digital controls while shaping internal engineering standards and contributing to industry evolution.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and professional domain knowledge.
• Experience leading engineers in power and energy projects preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the DER Team and coordinate across engineering groups.
• Develop and implement control strategies for power systems, DER, wind, PV, and storage.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements for grid integration and compliance.
