• Around 3-4 years' commercial experience in Full Stack Development, with strong hands-on coding capability.
• Experience developing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, APIs and integrations, with Shopify experience highly regarded.
• Confident working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and comfortable navigating changing priorities.
• Curious and proactive about technology, with a GitHub profile, personal website, portfolio or side projects highly valued.

Reporting to the DevOps Manager, the Lead Full Stack Developer role combines hands-on development with technical leadership.
