You will operate in a hybrid Sydney environment with a competitive salary of AUD 190k–210k plus super and a performance bonus, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams.

We're partnering with a leading Australian financial services organisation on the hire of a Lead Frontend Engineer to help build a completely new B2B platform from the ground up.

What they're looking for:

Deep frontend engineering experience across Angular and TypeScript, with the ability to make and defend architectural decisions across large, complex applications.

AI is a major part of how the team builds. You'll help guide how AI is used across the engineering lifecycle, defining specifications, architectural principles and guardrails, then directing and validating AI-generated development. They're looking for someone who can guide AI rather than be guided by it.
