Netwealth in Australia is shaping the future of wealth through a robust Financial Crime Operations team. As Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, develop a team of Analysts, and enhance identification, investigation and management of financial crime risk across Netwealth.

Qualifications

• Four years+ experience in financial crime operations across AML/CTF, fraud and risk.
• Proven people leadership with coaching, feedback and capability development.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF obligations, screening, due diligence and investigations.
• Experience managing performance against service levels, quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Financial Crime Operations, setting priorities and allocating work.
• Coach and develop Analysts with clear objectives and performance management.
• Manage workflow, capacity and backlogs while maintaining service and quality.
• Oversee complex cases and escalations with sound risk-based decisions and appropriate escalation.
• Strengthen quality across investigations and documentation through QA and calibration.
• Monitor performance data to identify trends and improve productivity and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement including process optimisation and automation opportunities.
• Support projects and change through operational readiness, testing and training.
