Job summary

JBS Prime City Feedlot in southern NSW is recruiting a Mill Foreperson to join the leadership team on a full-time basis. You will oversee feeding and milling operations, manage feed inventory, and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld while leading a hands-on team.

Based at Prime City, you will coordinate with the Mill Supervisor and drive performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced cattle nutrition environment.

Qualifications

• Previous feedlot milling and feeding experience.
• Interest in animal nutrition, ration processing and feed delivery.
• Good record-keeping using computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day feeding and milling operations.
• Lead and develop the mill and feeding team.
• Manage receival, storage and inventory of feed commodities.
• Ensure feed production and delivery meet safety and quality standards.
