Job summary

Ravensthorpe Estate in Albion Park, NSW, seeks an experienced Chef for casual work for the remainder of this year with potential for permanent work in the New Year. You will join our kitchen operations and work with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional quality food and service to our guests across weddings and events.

This role offers a hands-on leadership opportunity in a brand-new kitchen and an established FOH team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a commercial kitchen.
• Hands-on approach and commitment to quality.
• Qualifications in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality.
• Minimum of three years' industry experience.
• Passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
