Hart Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Environmental Consultant / Fieldwork Manager for a major soil remediation project in Melbourne. The role is hands-on, centred on on-site delivery and coordination of environmental and HazMat teams, with direct contact to contractors and regulators.

You will manage field sampling programs, troubleshoot issues, and drive the program to meet deadlines and quality standards on a large remediation site.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience in environmental consulting.
• Solid contaminated land / soil remediation site experience.
• Practical experience with soil and water sampling.
• Confidence running and coordinating field programs.
• Experience dealing directly with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to think on your feet in live site conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead environmental and HazMat field teams on site.
• Manage soil and hazardous materials sampling programs.
• Occasionally undertake sampling personally on site.
• Coordinate multiple teams and contractors across a busy remediation site.
• Serve as a key contact for client, principal contractor, regulators and stakeholders.
• Keep field activities organised, efficient and on schedule.
• Work with senior staff to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
