CareCone Group is seeking an experienced Developer Platform/Product leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for HashiCorp Vault within the organization. You will drive the vault operating model and prioritize security and business use cases across environments.

The role acts as the primary product owner, manages vendor relationships, optimizes licensing, and reports on KPIs and benefits to senior leadership, ensuring broad adoption and measurable value.
