Job summary
Glen Eira City Council is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Leader to guide the architecture, development and governance of enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Power Platform and integrations. You will drive automation, security, and modern workplace initiatives while shaping the digital strategy in a complex public sector environment.

Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise applications and Microsoft 365 teams in a complex tech environment.
- Proven ability to drive platform governance, architecture and DevOps practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills across all levels.
- Experience with regulatory environments such as Local Government is valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational management, support and continual improvement of enterprise platforms.
- Develop platform roadmaps and governance processes.
- Mentor and develop a team of platform specialists and engineers.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
