Bennett + Bennett on the Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced Senior Engineering Surveyor to join our Major Projects team and deliver The Wave, a key transport infrastructure project in Queensland. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you will support construction from early stages through completion, establishing survey control and coordinating with engineers and construction crews.

You will mentor junior surveyors, drive QA, and contribute to continuous improvement while benefiting from a competitive

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Surveying, Spatial Science or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with construction and engineering teams.
• Delivery: ability to manage survey deliverables in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project survey control networks.
• Deliver construction set-out and verification surveys.
• Manage survey data workflows and QA processes.
• Prepare and review as-constructed and conformance deliverables.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams.
• Mentor and support junior surveyors and field crews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of survey systems and processes.
