Bennett + Bennett is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our Construction team based at the Sunshine Coast office. You will balance site presence with office-based work on diverse high-rise and major projects.

Responsibilities include delivering accurate surveys, performing fieldwork and processing, ensuring quality and compliance, and liaising with clients and project teams to drive on-time delivery using 12d software and Leica/Trimble equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Survey Technician or Surveyor on construction projects.
• Relevant qualification in Surveying.
• Registration or eligibility with the Surveyors Board of Queensland.
• Experience with 12d software and survey equipment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate construction surveys for high-rise and major projects.
• Perform fieldwork, calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and survey processing.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Use advanced surveying equipment and software to improve efficiency.
• Support effective communication with stakeholders.
• Operate with autonomy while staying connected to internal support.
