CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team working on user-mode security architecture for Windows, macOS, and Linux. You will own major components and drive design, testing, and performance while growing engineers.

The role requires hands-on systems experience, OS internals knowledge, and a track record shipping large-scale security software. Cross-platform collaboration and cost-efficient architecture are key.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed team to ship major features and releases.
• Shipping systems-level software at scale (agents, kernels, drivers, OS components).
• Hands-on systems programming with strong OS internals knowledge, Windows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineers across the US and the EU.
• Own your team's roadmap and delivery from design through release.
• Guide designs for cross-platform features touching file systems, memory, and networking.
• Collaborate with peer sensor teams and present progress after each deliverable.
• Set the bar for engineering quality: design reviews, code reviews, testing strategy, performance, safe rollout.
• Coach engineers through career growth, feedback, and performance conversations.
• Build a culture of ownership and independence.
