Job summary

Marand Precision Engineering – Moorabbin VIC is seeking a Lead Engineer to own the technical delivery of complex engineering projects in automation and advanced manufacturing. You will be the primary technical interface between Marand and customers, turning requirements into practical engineering solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in a senior engineering role.
Formally qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
Current professional engineering registration.
Experience with pneumatic and/or hydraulic systems.
Experience with dynamic, complex industrial/automation environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development of mechanical and electrical engineering solutions for automation and complex industrial applications.
Translate customer requirements into practical and robust technical solutions.
