Qualifications

• Strong background in C# / .NET or similar OO languages.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic AI.
• Experience handling legacy modernization within fast-paced environments.
• Track record coaching engineers and handling technical trade-offs.
• Formal CS degree is not mandatory; real-world impact matters.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI and modernization initiatives across product and internal workflows.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for system architecture and code quality.
• Elevate engineering excellence through testing, CI/CD, and reliability.
• Lead incident responses and drive post-mortems for continuous improvement.
