• Proven experience leading engineers and building team capability.
• Experience in architecture and system design decisions.
• Ability to translate business goals into engineering plans.
• Comfortable contributing to production code when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing ML and platform engineering team.
• Turn research and models into production-grade ML infrastructure at scale.
• Advance MLOps maturity, observability and operations of AI systems.
• Collaborate with senior ICs and cross-functional teams (Data Eng, Product).
• Drive delivery rigour and coach engineers for long-term system health.
