Job summary

Aurecon invites experienced consulting professionals to join the Engagement & Change Advisory team in North Sydney. You will lead complex stakeholder and community engagement and transformation programs while growing advisory capabilities and client relationships.

You will build senior client relationships, identify opportunities, and guide teams across infrastructure, energy, water, transport and built environment projects, delivering strategic advice and value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in stakeholder and community engagement, social impact, change management or related advisory disciplines.
• Proven success leading large, complex programs across government, infrastructure, or private sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with proposal development and revenue growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design and delivery of large-scale stakeholder and community engagement and/or organizational change programs.
• Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders.
• Identify, pursue and convert opportunities through business development and client account management.
• Provide strategic advice on stakeholder risk, social impact, change readiness and communication approaches.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality advisory outcomes across infrastructure and built environment sectors.
• Drive innovation and capability development within the practice.
