The role reports to the Manager, Employability Operations and Engagement and focuses on system uptake, process improvement, and compliance related to WIL and related activities.

Qualifications

• Lead operational excellence across employability and engagement programs.
• Coordinate impactful projects that enhance the student experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work-integrated learning and operations for the institution.
• Maintain and implement institution-wide systems and software supporting WIL.
• Ensure compliance with legal, insurance and risk policies for WIL activities.
