Job summary

Orana Dama is seeking a Sydney-based Electrical Site Supervisor to lead residential electrical projects from rough-in to completion. The role demands hands-on work, coordination with trades, and strong site management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of post-trade experience, White Card, full driver’s licence, and a solid understanding of AS/NZS 3000 standards. NSW licence is highly regarded but not essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of post-trade residential electrical experience.
• White Card and Full Driver's Licence.
• Own tools and professional presentation.
• Good understanding of AS/NZS 3000 standards.
• NSW Electrical Licence highly regarded—not essential (international licences considered).

Responsibilities

• Performing hands‑on electrical work across residential projects.
• On-site labour coordination with other trades and material flow.
• Maintain timelines, quality control and site organisation.
• Mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior electricians.
• Liaising with builders, clients and suppliers.
• Travelling to work away when required.
