Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in consulting engineering or major infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead complex electrical projects.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management.
• Experience mentoring engineers and designers.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery drivers.
• Ability to influence outcomes with strategic technical advice.
• Experience across aviation, defence, data centres or major infrastructure.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent highly regarded.
• Eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance desirable.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll help shape the future of our Electrical team while leading the delivery of major aviation, defence and data centre projects.

This is a role for someone who enjoys influencing technical outcomes, developing people and building trusted client relationships. You'll work closely with senior leaders across Aurecon and play a key role in growing capability within the team as demand across our market sectors continues to increase.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and opportunities to support some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects, you'll have the platform to make a genuine impact while further developing your leadership career.

• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capability
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing engineers and designers
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery drivers
• Ability to influence project outcomes and provide strategic technical advice
• Experience across aviation, defence, data centres, buildings or major infrastructure projects
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional recognition highly regarded
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance highly desirable
