Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering or major infrastructure environments.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional recognition highly regarded.
• Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on complex and multidisciplinary electrical engineering projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, mentoring and technical oversight to engineers and designers.
• Drive project strategy, design decisions and quality outcomes.
• Support bids, proposals and client engagement activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and secure future work.
• Partner with leadership to build capability and grow the electrical team.
• Contribute to the development of future leaders across the business.
• Play an active role in shaping team culture, performance and technical excellence.
