Job summary

C&K Cotton Tree Community Childcare Centre on the Sunshine Coast invites applications for a Lead Educator to guide learning and support a team focused on belonging, growth and thriving of children.

Located near the Sunshine Coast beaches, the centre offers full-time and part-time opportunities, a collaborative culture and a commitment to safety. You will lead engaging activities and foster strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to commence studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

• Lead learning experiences and inspire young minds to foster belonging, growth and thriving.
• Support a team dedicated to children, families and fellow educators.
• Create engaging learning experiences and foster meaningful relationships with children and the community.
