G8 Education Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Educator for Community Kids Glenella Early Education Centre in Mackay, QLD. You will lead the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5, partnering with a qualified team to foster development and curiosity.

You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma, understand EYLF/NQS, and hold current clearances and First Aid. The centre supports flexibility to accommodate family needs and career growth within G8’s

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood service with children aged 0–5.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance.
• First Aid certificate.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 74 children with operating hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
