Job summary

Busy Bees Byford the Glades is hiring a Lead Educator (Full-Time) to lead an engaging EYLF-based program at Byford, WA. You’ll mentor team members, foster a safe, inclusive learning environment and build strong relationships with families and the community.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent), current First Aid/CPR/Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates, WA WWC, and proven leadership within an early learning setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Working with Children Check for WA and demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Byford the Glades located at Unit 1, Lakeside Plaza, 15 Covenant Lane, Byford, WA 6122, on a full-time basis.

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
• Current Working with Children Check for WA
