Job summary

Guardian Caulfield is seeking an Assistant Centre Director to lead alongside the Centre Director and Leadership Team. You will help create a secure, stimulating environment and build strong relationships with families, ensuring children receive outstanding education and care.

You will develop culture of quality and safety, participate in staff coaching, and contribute to driving business performance to fund high-quality programs across Australia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards).
• Prior experience in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role.
• Sound working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
• Budget and financial accountability experience.
• Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.

• Support Centre Leadership Team to create a safe, brave, curious and imaginative learning environment.
• Build lasting relationships with families so they feel informed and confident in their child's care.

To be considered, you will have:

• A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)
• Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role.
• Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
• Budget and financial accountability experience
• Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
