Job summary

Kindy Patch Medowie is seeking an experienced Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our supportive team of Early Childhood professionals. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This is a Full-Time role, 38 hours per week, at a busy centre that caters to up to 76 children with operating hours from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma or Certificate 3 in Children's Services is required.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS frameworks.
• Proven experience in an Early childhood service with 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI clearance.
• Current First Aid certificate.

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 76 children with operating hours from 7:00am-6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
