Job summary

Thornlands Play and Learn is seeking a Lead Educator to join our supportive team. You will build authentic relationships within our community and foster learning for children and staff. The role requires a Diploma or ACECQA qualification and current checks; a flexible, above-award salary package with additional leave is offered.

You will work in a family‑owned centre committed to connection and lifelong learning, with ongoing support from a dedicated team and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Valid Working with Children Check or Teacher Registration Exemption.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Current Child Protection Training.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and QKLG.

About you

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or a recognised ACECQA Early Childhood Teacher qualification
