Job summary

Autism Queensland Limited is seeking a Coordinator – Early Years Inclusion to lead the development and delivery of inclusive programs for young children across Queensland’s coast. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, drive service growth, and build strong relationships with corporates, professionals, and government agencies to promote inclusive practices.

You will hold a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy with appropriate registration and bring leadership

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy and registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA, SPA, etc.).
• Leadership experience within Disability and/or Special Education sectors.
• Commitment to inclusive, person-centred practice.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the development, scheduling, and delivery of inclusive supports, services, and programs.
• Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team, managing performance and fostering a positive work culture.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for service growth, including sponsorships and fee-for-service initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including corporates, professionals, and government agencies to promote inclusive practices.
• Promote services and share knowledge through stakeholder meetings, conferences, education forums, and internal communications.
• Oversee development and review of resources, processes, and procedures to support service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting, ensuring alignment with funding body contracts and internal indicators.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance in collaboration with leadership.
