Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty is seeking a dedicated coordinator to support client intake, onboarding and continuity of care across our Toowong clinic. You will review referrals, manage scheduling (including telehealth), and ensure clear communication with families to foster safety and support.

You will oversee caseloads, plan goal-based interventions, and coordinate therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings while maintaining documentation, privacy and funding compliance.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working with Children Check
• National Police Check
• Accredited First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Drivers’ Licence and vehicle

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new client intake, onboarding, and continuity of care
• Review referrals, questionnaires, and service agreements prior to commencement
• Facilitate scheduling, rescheduling, or telehealth options
• Ensure clients and families receive clear communication and feel supported
• Oversee therapist caseloads and service delivery across clinic, home, school, and community
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with professional standards
• Monitor progress with goal-based therapy planning and outcomes
• Oversee accurate documentation, reports, and invoices
• Support funding models alignment (NDIS, Medicare, private) and invoicing accuracy
• Provide supervision and guidance to therapists and coordinators
