Job summary

Mini Masterminds Hamlyn Terrace is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Room Leader (ECT) to guide your classroom team in delivering high-quality education and care. You will mentor educators, support children’s learning, and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to uphold the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and ACECQA-approved.
• Proven room-leading or leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Current WWCC, First Aid/CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis certifications, and child protection training.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators within your room through on-the-floor guidance and support.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with EYLF.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and centre-wide goals.
• Promote a collaborative and professional team culture.
