Job summary

Only About Children Armadale is seeking a warm, capable Educator for a part-time role (4 days) to join our caring team. You will guide and support children, strengthen the room and mentor less experienced team members through thoughtful practice.

You’ll work in a renovated church setting on Kooyong Road, with strong partnerships with families and opportunities for curriculum growth, professional development and advancement toward Advanced Educator roles.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Four years’ post-qualification experience at Qualified Educator level.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications required.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, child development and inclusive practice.
• Skills in planning, documentation, observation and reflection.
• Warm communication and ability to mentor others.
• Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
