Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning in Wendouree, VIC is looking for an experienced Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators, shaping a stimulating learning environment.

You will engage with the NLRDP program, access professional development, and contribute to an inclusive culture that supports children of all abilities.

This role offers ongoing development, a supportive workplace, and opportunities to grow within a trusted childcare community.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current VIC Working with Children's Check.
• Current VIC Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Availability for rotating shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Support the NLRDP program and ongoing professional development.
• Promote inclusion and wellbeing of all children.
• Collaborate with the Educational Leader for daily guidance and support.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and a nurturing learning environment.
