Job summary

BHP is seeking a Dozer Push Production Crew Lead at Goonyella Riverside Mine to deliver production targets safely and efficiently. You will manage experienced operators, drive improvements in operating practices, and foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture on a 7/7 day/night roster.

Candidates should have coal industry experience with dragline and bulk dozer push operations, plus CAT SATS experience and Cert IV Training & Assessment.

Qualifications

• Coal industry experience with Dragline and bulk dozer push operations.
• S1/S2/S3 and G2 plus Dozer/Excavator/Grader competency.
• Cert IV Training & Assessment.
• Experience operating SATS dozers via CAT command technology.
• Proven leadership with people management.
• Strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a Dozer Push Production Crew to meet targets.
• Drive continuous improvement of operating philosophy and processes.
• Maintain safety-first culture and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee semi-autonomous dozer fleet from central control.
