BHP is seeking a Superintendent Draglines & Dozers at the Goonyella Riverside Mine to lead the dragline and dozer fleets, driving safe and efficient operations. You will champion safety, support strategic planning, and mentor a high-performing team on a 5/2 roster with flexible options.

Leadership experience in large scale mining operations preferred.
Demonstrated safety leadership and operational discipline.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop frontline teams to deliver safe, productive mining performance.
Manage dragline and dozer operations, including planning and coordination.
Maintain cost discipline and forecast resources for fleets.
Apply BHP Operating System to engage teams in problem solving.
Drive quality via clear standards and early issue resolution.
Collaborate with planning, maintenance and production teams to optimize fleet performance.
Contribute to medium- and long-term planning and cost control.
