Job summary

Maxlife Care is seeking an experienced Disability Support Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations across SIL houses in Cameron Park, NSW. You will lead, coach and supervise staff, ensure compliant, person-centred service delivery, and support transitions with area management guidance.

This role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience with disability support workers, multi-site exposure, strong communication, and a NSW Driver’s Licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising disability support workers.
• Experience across multiple SIL houses or group homes considered a plus.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Commitment to person-centered practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership across SIL houses, including new transition environments.
• Oversee participant transitions and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Lead, coach and supervise support staff, including performance oversight.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, restrictive practices and internal policies.
• Monitor incidents, risks and safeguarding requirements; address issues early.
• Support rostering, handovers and continuity of care.
• Provide hands-on support to participants (meal prep, personal care, medication administration).
