Job summary

Jaywing Australia is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead large-scale website transformation and digital experience projects for national clients. You’ll work with senior stakeholders across strategy, UX, design and development to deliver complex digital ecosystems from discovery to launch.

You will balance scope, timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client partnerships. A hybrid working model and a collaborative, inclusive culture await.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in digital project management or digital delivery
• Experience delivering website, CMS or digital transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent planning, communication and organisational capabilities
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines and resources
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management platforms
• Hands-on experience using Claude AI tools to automate workflows

Responsibilities

About the Role

Working closely with our Head of Delivery, Digital Experience team, Strategists and technical specialists, you'll take ownership of digital projects from discovery through to launch delivering projects across Frank's broader client portfolio.

You'll be responsible for balancing scope, timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations while ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Day to day you’ll

Knowledge & Experience

You'll likely bring:

• 4+ years' experience in digital project management or digital delivery
• Experience delivering website, CMS or digital transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent planning, communication and organisational capabilities
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines and resources
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management platforms
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, including building or using Claude Skills to automate and streamline delivery workflows

Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Sanity, Shopify, Contentful, Storyblok, Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore will be highly regarded.
