Job summary

National Dental Care Chadstone is relocating to a purpose-built clinic in Chadstone Shopping Centre in August 2025. We are seeking a lead dentist to step into this full-time role (4–5 days/week), leading a close-knit team and building on the practice’s strong existing patient base.

This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled clinician looking to combine hands-on dentistry with leadership in a well-supported, high-traffic location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience.
• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
• Strong leadership experience or development interest.
• Collaborative mindset and patient-centric care.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations and mentor the team.
• Provide a full range of general dental care: diagnostics, preventive, restorative and cosmetic.
• Refine clinical protocols for quality and consistency.
• Support a positive, patient-focused culture and assist with local marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting a positive, patient-focused team culture and collaborating with the practice manager on local marketing and growth

Requirements for this role:

• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience
• Strong clinical capability across a broad range of treatments
• Leadership experience or a genuine interest in developing in this area
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
