Job summary

Babcock Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Integration Engineer to support the JP9101 EDHFCS program in Australia. You will plan, coordinate and execute system-level integration and test activities across laboratories and facilities to ensure performance and compliance.

You will develop test documentation, analyze system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to continual improvement within a safety- and Defence-focused engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in relatable technical/engineering roles.
• Understanding of V&V in Systems Engineering lifecycle.
• Knowledge of interfaces with electronic equipment.
• Familiarity with engineering toolsets (PLM, design, simulation, analysis).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute system-level integration and test activities across labs, facilities and sites.
• Develop test documentation and conduct integration activities.
• Analyse system performance and provide objective quality evidence for acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Defence, safety and engineering standards.
