Tech Mahindra in Sydney seeks a senior leader to own the enterprise decisioning strategy and CDH architecture, guiding the design of NBA systems and arbitration policies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mentor SDAs and developers to deliver a data-driven decisioning roadmap.

This full-time role offers on-site work in Sydney and the opportunity to shape AI and data strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Pega experience, including 4+ years in Decisioning leadership.
• Strong architectural and stakeholder-management skills.
