Job summary

ANZ is seeking an experienced Lead, Data Management to join the Organisation Design & Implementation team within Talent & Culture Strategy, Planning & Delivery. The role leads end-to-end data management for workforce transformation, driving governance, optimisation and automation while ensuring high-quality, accessible data to support informed decisions and successful outcomes.

Role location options include Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, with a 12-month fixed term contract (secondment).

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance and data management within large organisations.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Experience leading automation or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data quality, controls and risk management.
• Ability to partner with HR, workforce or organisational data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance and continuous improvement of workforce data management.
• Partner with Talent & Culture to optimise data processes for delivery.
• Drive data quality standards, controls and governance frameworks.
• Identify and implement automation that reduces manual processing.
• Monitor data risks, issues and dependencies and resolve them proactively.
• Support new systems, tools and processes with stakeholder engagement.
