Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Lead Implementation Consultant to drive data management and integration projects, leading client configuration, analysis, validation, and planning with a consultative approach.

You will design implementation methodologies, manage complex integrations (API, SFTP, and middleware), oversee testing, cutover readiness, and deliver measurable value in a fast-paced environment while upholding ADP's service standards and client focus.

Qualifications

• Experience with API, SFTP, flat file and middleware integrations.
• Ability to read layouts, mapping documents, and interface specifications.
• PM methodology background and payroll/HRM integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead client configuration and analysis for data management integration.
• Design and implement the data integration methodology.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve issues within timeframes.
• Drive process improvements and post-implementation reviews.
• Manage stakeholder communications in a fast-paced environment.
• Ad-hoc activities as requested.
