Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking a Lead Business Analyst - Data, AI & Integration to bridge business needs and technology, shaping data-driven solutions across data, AI, automation and integration initiatives. You will guide discovery, solution design and roadmap alignment with strategic priorities to support sustainable growth.

Lead and mentor analysts, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery outcomes across varied initiatives while driving continuous improvement in analysis practices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business analysis activities within complex technology, digital, data or transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop other Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality analysis and delivery outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data, AI, automation and process improvement.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define business problems and develop solution options.
• Lead current-state and future-state process analysis and documentation activities.
• Identify and assess AI and automation opportunities, including business value, risks and operational readiness.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery-ready artefacts.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Delivery, Data, AI and Integration teams to design practical and scalable solutions.
• Manage competing priorities and BA resources across strategic projects, operational initiatives and business-as-usual activities.
• Champion continuous improvement and uplift business analysis practices across the function.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders exploring new technologies and ways of working.
