Job summary
XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Data Engineering Lead to own end-to-end data platform governance, delivery, and roadmap in a modern Microsoft Fabric environment. The role combines data integration, analytics, and enterprise platforms to enable data-driven decision making for clients in multiple sectors.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, Integration, or Enterprise Applications.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data and integration platforms.
- Experience managing production support and application delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise data platform strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap.
- Lead modernization of Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric environments.
- Defines enterprise data standards, data quality frameworks, and metadata management practices.
- Support advanced analytics, reporting, AI, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and executive dashboards.
