Job summary

Nine is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to own end-to-end data conversion and governance for integrating QMS data into Nine’s platforms. This 6-month hybrid role is based in North Sydney, split between P&C and Finance, and centers on profiling, mapping, transforming and reconciling legacy data into Workday, Chris21, Humanforce, and D365 Finance.

You will drive data strategy, translate business logic into ETL specs, and lead the data engineer in execution, validation, and reconciliation efforts

Qualifications

• Lead data migration experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with Workday (HCM/P&C) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & HR.
• Experience defining crosswalk logic and writing ETL transformation specifications.
• Leadership directing engineering work while guiding business SMEs in data cleansing and reconciliation.
• Expertise in financial data reconciliation and HR master data validation.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the unified Data Conversion Strategy across P&C and Finance.
• Translate complex domain logic into actionable ETL specs and oversee Data Engineer execution.
• Orchestrate end-to-end data validation across Mock 1, Mock 2 and Cutover stages.
• Lead data profiling, cleansing, variance reconciliations, and audit reporting; troubleshoot data issues.
