Job summary

Nine is appointing a Lead Data Analyst to own end-to-end data conversion and governance as part of onboarding QMS across P&C and Finance. The role is a 6-month contract based in North Sydney with hybrid work (minimum 3 days onsite).

You will profile, map, transform and reconcile legacy data from NetSuite, HiBob and manual feeds into Workday, Chris21, Humanforce and D365 Finance, ensuring data quality and alignment across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise data migrations.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and profiling.
• Proven ability to translate business rules into ETL specs.
• Experience in financial HR data reconciliation.
• Leadership of engineering teams and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Own unified Data Conversion Strategy across P&C and Finance.
• Translate business logic into ETL specs and supervise data pipelines.
• Oversee mock migrations and validation processes.
• Lead data owners through profiling, cleansing, and reconciliations.
• Audit reporting and issue resolution.
